Must be available for at least 2 weekend days (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

Willing to train for 6-9 months & learn a skilled trade
*Please note: This position is a seasonal full time/part time position. It requires intensive labor at times. You must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs), climb a ladder, & be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time.
*Day & Night shifts depend on the event load in & load out schedule and number of events booked.. Times may vary, flexibility is crucial.
*Must have some knowledge of event industry, use of ratchet straps and comfortable packing/driving a box truck
Starting rate:
$18/hr or higher depending on experience level

Seasonal: 30 - 40hrs a week during Spring, Summer, & Fall (starting February 2026)
Position Responsibilities
Keep inventory up to date
Quality control on all products
Pulling & preparing all event equipment
Supervise loading of trucks
Receiving materials post event and re-inventory the products
Help prepare jobs on Friday & Saturday when needed
Acts as the on-call person during night/weekend hours
Other tasks assigned as needed
Must be extremely detail oriented
*Please note: We are looking for someone with experience with event inventory particularly lighting & draping.
*Warehouse located in Hendersonville.
Starting rate:
$20/hr or higher depending on experience level
