Fringe & Fete Nashville

Renowned Event Designs worked alongside the talented team at Fete Nashville, the challenge was to transform multiple event environments within The Country Music Hall of Fame while maintaining a cohesive design story. Each portion of the event needed its own personality, yet every detail had to feel connected.

The challenge

Our team needed to connect all the dots throughout the event. From the ceremony, to the reception we needed all the designs to feel cohesive. 

The reception space presented some challenges. We needed to create a focal point powerful enough to command attention within the large room while still feeling elevated, and not distracting.

Solution

The design journey began with the ceremony where Renowned Event Designs installed a custom mirrored aisleway that led to a beautiful floral installment by The Florista. The reflective surface created a striking visual moment, enhancing the architecture of the venue while adding dimension and luxury as the couple made their entrance.

For cocktail hour, the design shifted into a more playful and energetic vibe. Pops of color were introduced through our custom draping installations, while our rattan pendants added warmth, and an organic contrast to the venue. Custom fringe lamps were also incorporated at the bar, creating such a conversation piece.

Working closely with the planner, we developed a completely custom-built structure designed to create a dramatic focal point within the room. The framework allowed the fabric to be suspended and curved into flowing, sculptural shapes, creating movement and visuals unlike traditional draping installations. 

To reinforce the design story, we carried the curved shapes throughout additional custom elements, including a custom monogrammed dance floor that personalized the space and custom curved head tables designed to mirror the lines of the fabric installation.

The most memorable event designs aren't built around a single statement piece, they are created when every design element works together to tell the same story.
