Four Designs, One Room

The Modern Love Event is one of Nashville's most anticipated wedding showcases, bringing together engaged couples and some of the most innovative wedding professionals in the industry. Hosted at Saint Elle, the event serves as a source of inspiration for couples seeking fresh ideas, elevated design, and meaningful connections with industry experts.

For Renowned Event Designs, Modern Love presented a unique challenge: transforming a single venue into four completely different wedding environments, each with its own personality, aesthetic, and emotional impact.

Design #1 : Organic Elegance

For planner, Sarah Oakland's design, the vision centered around movement, texture, and discovery.

Rich green draping transformed the space while creating a dramatic backdrop for the overall design. To elevate the installation, our team created a custom peek-through mural feature.

We also fabricated a custom platform that grounded the installation and created an intentional focal point within the environment. The result was an immersive setting that felt artistic, layered, and effortlessly sophisticated.

Design #2: Intimate & Moody

This concept from Jess McKinney Events focused on creating a completely enclosed environment within the larger venue.

Using floor to ceiling brown draping, we transformed an open area into a private, intimate experience that felt separate from the surrounding event. The draping softened the architecture of the venue, along with the beautiful florals from Lillian’s Floral Studio, while creating depth, warmth, and a sense of exclusivity.

Design #3: Soft & romantic

For this design, Wild Heart Events goal was to create an airy and intimate atmosphere.

White draping was used to enclose the space, creating a sense of privacy while maintaining a light and elegant aesthetic. The result felt romantic, timeless, and welcoming. It offered a beautiful example of how simple design elements can completely transform the guest experience.

Design #4: Statement Installation

Our team built a custom backdrop wall for Kelsey Rae Designs that served as the anchor for the installation while creating visual impact from every angle. To further enhance the design, we fabricated a custom table that seamlessly blended into the flooring treatment, creating a cohesive and intentional visual experience.

Rather than feeling like separate design elements, the flooring, table, and backdrop worked together as one immersive environment. We can’t forget about the stunning florals from The Florista as well.
